Axelent Engineering works with everything from machine design, automation solutions, sales of standard machines to service and assembly. We have a lot of cooperation across departments in our various projects, large and small. This contributes to good cohesion and getting to know each other at work.
We currently have about 50 employees in our newly built premises which we moved into in 2022. We call it an innovative technology center where everyone who works here are passionated in developing the industry of the future. Isn’t that exciting?
Every morning we have a joint breakfast, an important piece of the puzzle to ensure good cohesion and time to meet during working hours. Together we come up with various staff activities during the year. We do this because we think this is important in order to getting to know each other and having a great atmosphere at work.
