Maneo/e-Maneo Premium LCS
Precision, speed, flexibility, and great user-friendliness: MANEO Premium press brakes stand out for their tailored design, modularity, and the quality of their components and manufacturing. Available as a hydraulic press brake (Maneo) or a servo-driven press brake (e-Maneo), with lengths ranging from 2 to 6 meters and tonnage between 75 and 320 tons. Featuring the LCS laser system for real-time measurement and control of bending angles, the MANEO/e-Maneo Premium LCS allows you to optimize performance through self-monitoring and production automation. This LCS system ensures high precision and top-quality bending while eliminating the costs of setup and test parts.
Automatic Bending Cell with Robot
JEAN PERROT builds customized solutions to meet each customer's specific needs. Automated bending cells consist of the MANEO/e-MANEO Premium LCS press brake (single, tandem, or tridem mode), robots (fixed or on a track), accessories, and additional modules according to customer requirements.
XXL Press Brake Maneo
Length, press force, stroke, beam opening, and distance between table/frame: JEAN PERROT can manufacture custom press brakes with large capacities up to 12 meters in length and forces up to 2000 tons. Thanks to the versatility of our machines, we offer standalone press brakes or can link two in tandem configuration or even three in tridem configuration to bend very long sheets. We customize stroke, beam opening, and more upon request.
MANEO GV High-Speed Bending
JEAN PERROT has designed a high-performance hydraulic system to increase the speed of the MANEO press brakes. Ranging from 75 to 250 tons, the MANEO GV is the fastest press brake on the market in terms of approach, bending, and return speeds. This machine even outperforms an electric press brake.
Toolbox
Jean Perrot offers the TOOLBOX as an option for its machines, serving as an efficient solution for tool management. TOOLBOX is a cost-effective mechanical manual solution that can be used as an alternative to automatic tool changers, at only about 10% of the cost of an automated system. It can be placed next to a machine or between two machines, allowing tools to be shared between them.
Software Delem DA 66/69T
Our press brakes are controlled using the software Delem DA 66/69T to optimize productivity, ensure great versatility, and guarantee high bending precision, while simplifying and ensuring the safety of the operator's work.
APHS
From 1.25 to 6 meters and with a press force ranging from 40 to 600 tons, this hydraulic press brake is designed for bending single pieces to larger series. This press brake simplifies the operator's work thanks to the intuitive control systems DELEM DA 66T or DA 69T.
APHS-C
The compact press brake APHS-C offers great value with its quality and performance at a low investment cost. Simplicity and user-friendliness are the strengths of this compact bending machine – ranging from 1.25 to 4 meters in length and with a press force of 40 to 400 tons. This machine simplifies the operator's work thanks to the user-friendly ESA GV CNC controller and its touchscreen.
Semi-automatic Bending Center
JEAN PERROT's semi-automatic bending center is a high-speed press brake specifically designed for high-volume production series. This 250-ton, 3-meter press brake is equipped with three different types of punches and three different types of dies. With this machine's performance, a complex part is completed in a very short time without reconfiguration or tool changes. Essentially, it combines the capabilities of three press brakes into one specially designed machine.
