This state-of-the-art press brake is equipped with advanced technology to maximize efficiency and precision in bending processes. The machine achieves an impressive ram speed of up to 280 mm/s and a bending speed of up to 20 mm/s, making it one of the fastest on the market. To further streamline workflows, it features either manual or hydraulic self-adjusting WILA-style front-loading punch holders, facilitating quick and smooth tool changes.
The tools are secured with a hydraulic self-locking system, and to adapt to different materials and precision requirements, the machine also offers mechanical or hydraulic dynamic crowning with a capacity of up to 800 tons per meter. The backgauge can be configured with up to six axes, and motorized bending aids significantly ease the handling of larger workpieces.
The machine is controlled by a DELEM DA 69 touch CNC numerical controller, available in both 2D and 3D versions, supporting the import of 3D & DXF files and integration with CAD & CAM software for seamless design-to-production workflows. Operator safety is ensured with the latest "Lazersafe" protection system, enabling safe high-speed production. Additionally, the machine features a unique laser line function for "mark-bend" operations, allowing precision bending without the use of a backgauge, while LCS angle measurement ensures every bend is perfect.
