Maneo Premium Tandem-Tridem
Our MANEO press brakes can be linked in a Tandem (two connected press brakes) or Tridem (three connected press brakes) configuration. The impressive capabilities of our Tridem press brake—up to 32 meters x 2000 tons—enable bending of long and thick sheet metal parts.
Our solutions enhance your versatility and productivity: the Tandem or Tridem modes allow you to either control all machines with one CNC or operate each machine independently. Thanks to DELEM’s numerical control system, our press brakes are user-friendly and ensure optimal productivity.
A major advantage of these machines lies in the bending angle precision along the entire bending length, thanks to the combination of the hydraulic dynamic crowning system and the laser system for angle measurement and correction. This combination ensures each part is formed to the correct angle from the first bend, eliminating the need for test runs, saving time and money. Additionally, you achieve highly accurate bending angles, even for very long sheets.
