Semi-automatic Bending Center
JEAN PERROT's semi-automatic bending center is a high-speed press brake specifically designed for high-volume production series. This 250-ton, 3-meter press brake is equipped with three different types of punches and three different types of dies. With this machine's performance, a complex part is completed in a very short time without reconfiguration or tool changes. Essentially, it combines the capabilities of three press brakes into one specially designed machine.

With the MANEO bending center, even complex parts can be bent in a single step, saving time and eliminating buffer stock between 2 or 3 bending phases. The automatic tool-changing system enables efficient execution of specific bending processes, such as radius bending or wrapping operations. The operator simply places the part in the machine according to the bending sequence.
The MANEO bending center is equipped with three types of punches and dies:
The press beam is fitted with three different punch lines. Each punch line is loaded or retracted by two hydraulic cylinders, with vertical movement ensured by a ball-bearing system for high speed and precision.
The lower table is equipped with three different lines of dies, each associated with a punch. The dies move horizontally and automatically according to the bending sequence. To maintain perfect results over time, the bed is mounted on bronze alloy rails with graphite inserts.
