This advanced press brake is equipped with the ESA GV numerical control system, which streamlines production processes through both real-time control and offline programming. The system offers users flexibility and precision, enabling seamless adaptation to various production requirements.
The machine includes tool clamping options, allowing users to choose between Eurostyle clamps and quarter-turn handles. This feature simplifies tool changes and optimizes production workflows. Additionally, the self-centering table for multi-V dies (4V) enhances versatility and precision when handling various materials and thicknesses.
To ensure greater precision during the bending process, the machine offers mechanical crowning, which can be either manual or automated, depending on the user's needs and accuracy requirements. The backgauge is equipped with a motorized X-axis and a manual R-axis, with the option to upgrade to motorized control for both axes for enhanced precision and adjustability.
The option to include the latest "Lazersafe" system increases the machine's safety, ensuring operator protection during operation. The support arms are vertically adjustable, providing additional support and flexibility when working with larger or more complex parts.
