In our factory we are fully equipped for machining parts, turning, milling, grinding and sparking. We have several CNC-controlled milling machines and lathes at our disposal.

Manufacturing Small-scale series
Need to produce a small series in a short time? Axelent Engineering produces 1-piece parts or small series in sizes up to 2,500 x 840 mm.
In our factory we are fully equipped for machining parts, turning, milling, grinding and sparking. We have several CNC-controlled milling machines and lathes (NC preparation is carried out in CAM). We also have a 5-axis milling machine for handling complex parts.
We handle all kinds of materials, such as plastic, stainless steel, copper, steel and cast iron. Along with hardening, painting and a variety of surface treatments, we are often the only contact you need for the success of your project.

Manufacturing Prototypes
Creating a prototype requires an idea and a thought. Sometimes we are involved at this early stage and together with the customer we make a drawing that grows into a physical model in our 3D printer. Of course, we can also start prototyping based on a drawing produced by the customer.
Regardless of the approach, we build a model that we then test drive. We modify and adjust if necessary and then create a model that will form the basis of the tool.
