This innovative machine is specifically designed for 2D bending of wire from coil, handling wire dimensions from 3 to 12 mm. It is ideal for producing welded frames up to 800×800 mm, suited for small to medium production volumes. The machine's table stabilizes the wire during the formation of long parts, ensuring precision and quality in each component.

 

Welding parameters can be easily programmed and saved along with part programs for reuse and consistency in the production process. An optional Pick & Place mechanism allows for orderly output of completed frames, streamlining post-processing and minimizing manual handling.

 

The machine’s user interface is powered by an industrial PC with proprietary software, displayed on a 19-inch touchscreen with a multilingual interface. Advanced features include simulation software for previewing and optimizing production flows, auto-correction based on data from 3D instruments, and a tool editor for customizing complex parts. Additional I/O capabilities and internet connectivity for remote access enhance accessibility and operational flexibility.
