This compact 3D wire bending machine is designed to efficiently handle wire from 1 to 7 mm directly from coil. It combines functionality for rapid production of parts, from prototypes to large series, providing a solution that requires minimal workspace. Equipped with an integrated bending and cutting nozzle, it allows for wire cutting with zero straight length, enhancing precision and reducing material waste.

 

User-friendly programming for parts is achieved through an industrial PC with proprietary software, presented on a 19-inch touchscreen with a multilingual interface. Advanced features include simulation software, a tool editor for programming complex parts, and auto-correction based on 3D instrument data, ensuring high quality and consistency in production.

 

The machine is also equipped with safety enclosures for both the machine and the decoiler, along with support for tools compatible with Robomac 2 heads and Zig Zag tools, contributing to a versatile and secure operating environment.
