This machine for bending flat stock and strips in copper or aluminum, from 9×3 mm to 25×8 mm, is designed for precision and versatility, suitable for both prototypes and large volumes. It handles materials with or without insulation and excels in 3D bending directly from coil. With an integrated CNC press, the machine also enables cutting and punching with high precision.
The machine is ideal for busbar manufacturing and can manage double bends as well as twists with minimal distance between bends. Belt feeding and clamping systems ensure that the material's 3D profile is maintained during processing. Quick production changeover and various coating or insulation options provide additional customization capabilities.
The machine's control system includes an industrial PC with proprietary software and a multilingual 19-inch touchscreen. Advanced features such as simulation programs, tool editors, and auto-correction based on data from 3D instruments enhance both efficiency and quality. Internet connectivity offers remote assistance and access to chat rooms for support.
