This versatile bending machine, designed for both wire and tube, handles wire dimensions from 4 to 13 mm and tubes from 8×1 to 15×2 mm. It excels in 3D bending of tubes from cut lengths and offers interpolated bending, enabling complex, multi-axis bending operations with precision.
The advanced design and functionality allow for seamless integration into automated production cells, simplifying and optimizing production processes. The control system includes an industrial PC with proprietary software presented on a 19-inch touchscreen with a multilingual interface. This system features simulation programs and tool editors, enabling detailed programming and fine-tuning of complex parts.
Additional features, such as extra I/O ports and internet connectivity for remote access, enhance user-friendliness and accessibility. Auto-correction based on 3D instrument data and the option for low-speed program execution ensure high precision and quality in each part produced.
