This advanced flat bar bending and forming machine is designed to handle material up to 50 mm wide and 5 mm thick, directly from coil. With capabilities for 2D bending and double bending, it’s a versatile tool in the manufacturing industry, ideal for applications requiring precision and efficiency in shaping flat bar materials.
The machine supports optional press functionality for additional forming operations, as well as a transfer mechanism to enhance material handling during production, making it suitable for both small-scale and large-scale production.
The control system includes an industrial PC with proprietary software displayed on a 19-inch touchscreen with a multilingual interface. Advanced features like simulation software, a tool editor, and auto-correction based on 3D instrument data, along with additional I/O options and internet connectivity, enable fine-tuning of processes, ensuring high productivity and accuracy at every manufacturing stage.
