This advanced 3D wire bending machine is designed to process materials from 1.8 to 12 mm, handling both precut lengths and coils. It is especially suitable for the production of long and symmetrical components with high precision and quality, streamlining the production process with its speed and performance.
A distinct feature is the retractable center grip, which permits extremely short distances between two central bends from as little as 76 mm, enhancing the machine’s versatility. Additionally, the machine is equipped with a robust third-position grip mounted on the bending heads for improved wire guidance and transfer.
Bending tools on the R2106 model and above include a rotational axis, and the machine can be configured with either rotating or biplanar straighteners as needed. Its modular design allows for customization according to specific production requirements, including loop functions at both ends and independent bending heads.
The control unit comprises an industrial PC with proprietary software, a multilingual interface on a 19-inch touchscreen, and advanced features such as simulation software, auto-correction using data from 3D instruments, and a tool editor for detailed programming.
