The fully electric bending machine is designed to handle both wire and strip material from 2 to 10 mm, making it ideal for applications that require precision 3D bending directly from coil. The bending heads can rotate freely around the material, providing exceptional flexibility and precision in processing. The simplicity of configuring the tools, along with an integrated system of safety gates, enhances both user-friendliness and workplace safety.

 

The machine is controlled by an industrial PC with proprietary software and features a multilingual interface on a 19-inch touchscreen. Advanced features such as simulation software, an integrated tool library, and auto-correction based on data from 3D measuring instruments optimize the production process and minimize error margins. Internet connectivity enables remote connection, facilitating monitoring and support.
