BM-HP 3000 (Hairpins)

The BM-HP 3000 production system with standardized processing steps combines all necessary stages: starting with multi-step wire direction and the highly dynamic, frictionless feeding of the wire, precise cutting, NC-controlled mechanical coating stripping, simultaneous chamfering of pin ends, 2D pre-bending, and 3D forming. You benefit from three times higher cycle speeds than with sequential systems, easy and fast variant changes “on the fly,” and flexible scalability for future tasks.

 

This all-in-one hairpin manufacturing machine is designed to efficiently produce a range of common hairpin types, connection pins, and I-pins directly from a coil of flat wire. The machine excels in efficiency, with the capacity to produce between 60 to 120 finished components per minute, depending on material cross-section and leg length.
