The entire table surface is also available for additional processing steps, such as contact welding, threading, and screw insertion, allowing multiple manufacturing processes to be completed at a single station.

 

A large opening in the front plate provides space for multiple central mandrels, enabling complex and multi-faceted processing. Thanks to a quick tool clamping system, changeover times are kept short, contributing to a more streamlined production. To ensure easy and safe handling, the machine is equipped with the VariControl VC 1, a user-friendly control system that simplifies both programming and daily operation.
