With a processing length of 2,000 mm and full compatibility with Meusburger’s standard press installations, as well as linear punching and forming tools from Bihler’s modular series, the machine is a versatile solution for punching, forming, welding, and threading.
Its robust design, combined with a zero-point clamping system with hydraulic clamping functions, enables quick tool changes and high precision. The LM 2000-KT achieves cycle rates of up to 500 units per minute, making it ideal for high-volume production. The machine’s integrated sensors and VariControl VC 1 system ensure smooth and safe operation, while oil circulation lubrication minimizes maintenance requirements and environmental impact. With an OPC UA interface, integration with MPS and ERP systems is seamless, optimizing the entire production line.
