This machine is designed to meet the demands for production flexibility and efficiency, with the capacity to handle up to 350 units per minute. It features a separate press module with a powerful 200 kN two-point eccentric press, making it well-suited for demanding industrial applications.
One of its most notable features is the generous production space of over 1,400 mm, optimized for linear tools. This space not only allows the use of large and complex tools but also provides room for the integration of additional processing units. These may include contact welding, threading, and screw insertion, enabling multiple manufacturing steps within the same production line.
The machine is equipped with an advanced tool clamping system that minimizes setup times, crucial for maintaining high production speeds without compromising quality. To simplify handling and enhance user-friendliness, the VariControl VC 1 is used, an intuitive interface that makes it easy to adjust settings and monitor the production process.
