HGL hydraulic shear is specially designed for cutting sheet metal with lengths ranging from 2 to 4 meters and thicknesses up to 6 mm. This machine is equipped with the Cybelec CybTouch 8, a user-friendly numerical control unit that facilitates precise adjustments and efficient operation. The robust construction includes a ball bearing table and a 1000 mm square arm that supports and stabilizes the sheet during the cutting process.
To optimize cutting performance, the shear is equipped with manual blade gap adjustment, allowing customization for different material thicknesses. Shadow line lighting and a 1000 mm motorized back gauge enhance precision in setting measurements and cutting. Additionally, the machine features a clamping system with special protection for sensitive sheet metal, minimizing the risk of damage during the process.
Additional features include two 1000 mm front arm supports, providing extra support and stability.
