The MGH hydraulic swim beam shear is a robust and reliable machine designed to handle material lengths from 3 to 4 meters and thicknesses between 6 and 13 mm. This machine is equipped with the Cybelec CybTouch 8, an advanced numerical control unit with a touchscreen that simplifies operation, increases precision in the cutting process, and meets CE certification standards, ensuring workplace safety.
To support efficient handling and accuracy, the standard equipment includes a ball bearing table and a 1000 mm square arm, facilitating material handling and support during cutting. The machine also offers manual blade gap adjustment to accommodate different material thicknesses, optimizing cutting performance and reducing blade wear.
Additional features such as shadow line lighting and a 1000 mm motorized back gauge enhance visibility and precision. The machine's design also includes two 1000 mm front arm supports, providing extra support for large workpieces. A centralized manual lubrication system extends the machine's lifespan through regular and easy maintenance.
