Our electric bending machine is designed for advanced forming of metal tubes and profiles, tailored for demanding applications in both the automotive and aerospace industries. With the capacity to process dimensions from 10 – 50×2 mm, the machine handles everything from HVAC systems and ERG tubes to fuel lines and structural components. This versatile machine supports both draw bending with and without a mandrel, as well as freeform bending, and offers the ability to combine bending with other production processes.
The operator interface consists of an industrial PC with proprietary software and a 19-inch touchscreen that supports multiple languages. Thanks to advanced simulation software and self-correction based on feedback from 3D measuring instruments, the highest possible precision and efficiency are ensured in the manufacturing process. With additional I/O options and internet connectivity, the machine is easy to integrate and monitor in modern production environments, making it an invaluable asset for industrial applications that require complex and precise metal forming.
