Our electric bending machine is specially designed to handle a wide range of applications in both the automotive and aerospace industries, with the capacity to process tubes from OD 3 – 20×2 mm. This machine is ideal for manufacturing hydraulic and fluid transfer lines, as well as circulation and fuel transport systems.

 

Equipped with a rotating bending head, it allows for both left- and right-hand bending, as well as draw bending with and without mandrel, enhancing flexibility and efficiency in the production process. It also includes stackable MR tools for additional adaptability.

 

Integration into automated production cells is seamless, and users benefit from advanced features, including the ability to combine bending with other complementary operations. The machine is equipped with an industrial PC featuring proprietary software and a multilingual user-friendly programming interface on a 19-inch touchscreen. Features such as internet connectivity, self-correction based on 3D measurement feedback, and simulation programs increase operational reliability and precision in production.

 

Additional I/O ports, simulation tools, and low-speed program execution further optimize the machine's usability and reliability, making it an invaluable asset in demanding industrial environments.
