The bending machine is designed to handle large tube dimensions from Ø 25.4 to 152 mm, making it ideal for use in aerospace, automotive manufacturing including trucks and buses, as well as the production of structural components and HVAC systems. The machine is equipped with stackable MR tools and offers a Touch and Form control system for precision in the bending process.
The machine is fully compatible with industry standards and can be customized with additional options upon request to meet specific application requirements. It is powered by an industrial PC with proprietary software that supports multiple languages via an intuitive programming interface on a 19-inch touchscreen. The machine includes advanced features such as a simulation program, additional I/O ports for extended connectivity, and internet connection for remote monitoring and control.
Self-correction technology based on feedback from 3D measurement instruments and the ability to execute programs in slow motion ensure that each bend is performed with the highest possible precision and consistency, increasing reliability and reducing production waste.
