This fully electric press machine, with a power of 30 tons, combines energy efficiency with advanced technology for forming and bending various materials such as copper, aluminum, steel, stainless steel, brass, and titanium. Its compact design makes it ideal for work environments with space constraints, while offering high flexibility due to free access around the entire tool, enabling forming both before and after bending.
The machine is equipped with a six-position quick tool changer, facilitating rapid transitions between different operations and minimizing downtime. The user interface includes an industrial-grade PC with proprietary software, presented on a 19-inch touchscreen with a multilingual interface. In addition to standard features like simulation software and additional I/O options, the machine also supports internet connectivity for remote assistance and chat room access, enhancing user support and facilitating troubleshooting.
Advanced features such as auto-corrective feedback from 3D measuring devices and a tool editor for programming complex details, along with simulation tools for detail configuration and the ability to run programs in slow motion, ensure precision and efficiency in production.
