This fully electric press machine is a powerful and energy-efficient solution for metalworking, with a working force of 70 tons and clamping force of 100 tons. Designed to handle a variety of metals, including copper, aluminum, steel, stainless steel, brass, and titanium, it is highly versatile for industrial applications. The machine’s robust and compact design includes a quick-change tool system with four positions for end forming, enhancing efficiency and reducing setup times between production runs.

 

A distinctive feature is its mounting on a 1300 mm slide rail, which facilitates easy and precise positioning within the production facility. The horizontal stroke length of 250 mm allows for large and complex forming tasks.

 

The HMI system includes an industrial PC with software supporting multilingual dialogue and a 19-inch touchscreen interface, making operator interaction straightforward. Internet connectivity provides remote assistance, enhancing support and maintenance. Additional I/O ports strengthen the machine’s connectivity and integration capabilities in automated processes.
