We constantly strive to build long-term relationships and meet the entire needs of our customers.
Enter Gislaved has visited Axelent Engineering and interviewed CEO Jesper Bundgaard to talk about the business, the move to the new premises and how they see the future.
“What makes us almost unique is that we have all parts of what we call automation and special machines. We have project managers who take care of the customer from the first inquiry, we have designers who design, we have an automation department that also automates, we have a manufacturing department that we manufacture all machine parts ourselves, we have our own assembly department, an assembly hall, and we have a service department. So we kind of tie everything together.
At Axelent Engineering, they do not do short-term business, but constantly strive to build long-term relationships and meet the customer’s entire need. They have very satisfied customers, and have very good relationships with their customers. “In this region, satisfied customers are a prerequisite,” says Jesper.
